Application
Interest applications are available starting November 19, 2024, and ending January 18, 2025, and must be received no later than January 18, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. Interest list applications must be submitted by 5 PM on Saturday, January 18, 2025.
Submit one application per household. Duplicate applications will be removed from the lottery.
Lottery
Virtual Lottery for 19 affordable units to be held on January 23, 2025. Lottery is not open to the public.

Rents:
- Studios starting at $995 a month
- One-Bedrooms starting at $1,147-$3,168 a month
- Two-Bedroom starting at $1,270-$3,544 a month

Process and Timeline
Once the lottery results are in, the lottery applications will be processed in rank order starting with lottery preference and rank 1 – 20. A Post-Lottery Letter will be sent out via email to the applicants being processed and households are given one week (five business days) from the date on the letter to return the required completed paperwork to the property – see below. Applicants will also be reached out to via of phone call to ensure they receive their post-lottery letter. An appointment will then be setup to review the paperwork and gather all other needed documentation. If additional paperwork is needed from the applicant, they will be given two business days from the request date to provide the documentation to the property. Once the file is complete, either an approval or denial letter will be sent to the provided address. The lottery list will be worked in preference and rank order until all units have been filled. The remaining applicants will be transferred in current order to the waiting list for future vacancies. Both the lottery and waiting list are closed until the waiting list has been exhausted.
Required Documentation Due Post-Lottery
After the lottery, the following documentation will be requested from each household member who is 18 years old or older.
Required documentation including, but not limited to:
- Copies of three (3) months’ most recent statements for all income accounts. This includes payroll stubs, social security checks, SSI checks, AFDC checks, pension and retirement checks, or annual statements from the Social Security Administration, and student financial aid documentation for all members in household 18 years of age or older; and
- Copies of three (3) month’s most recent statements for all asset accounts. This includes checking, savings, retirement, 401k, etc. for all members in household; and
- Copies of the federal and state income tax returns if filed by the applicant for the prior two (2) calendar years; and
- A written verification of income and employment from the applicant’s current employer if the applicant is employed; and
- An income verification form from the Social Security Administration and/or California Department of Social Services if the applicant receives assistance from either agency; and
- A certification as to the income and family size of the applicant; and
- If an applicant is unemployed or did not file an income tax return for the previous calendar year, such other information as reasonably necessary to verify the applicant’s income; and
- If an applicant or any applicant household member demonstrates electronic transfers into asset or other accounts, property manager will request explanations and certifications for such electronic transfers that are not clearly indicates as payroll, social security or other public benefits, pension or retirement, or student financial aid.
- Any other information that may be required to verify the income of the proposed tenants.
